At Delmont, your satisfaction is our priority. If you find a manufacturing defect upon receiving your product or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions detailed below. Deadlines

Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt. For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse. Return Conditions The product must be without signs of use and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing links from a bracelet). Once the product is received and passes our quality analysis, the customer may choose to:

Receive a refund for the value of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition. Warranty All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and shipping label.
